Without George Peppard, I'm not really interested. I might see it just for the almost 100% certainty of a Mr. T cameo, most likely managing a hot dog cart or playing movie BA's dad. I would have preferred that the filmmakers had taken a page from the Star Trek movies and reunited the original cast. Maybe the surviving members of the A-Team all come out of their respective hiding places when Hannibal is murdered, (off-camera of course), and his daughter finds some piece of information that puts her in contact with the team. The rest of the movie focuses on an elaborate revenge plot that pays lots of homage to recurring jokes and trends from the original show.
At some point, BA will be drugged with spiked buttermilk, loaded onto and later thrown unconscious from an airplane. That much is certain.
Having the villain's open-roofed jeep flip over at 80 miles an hour without harming any of the passengers is optional.
