Nifty features of the new board

Ok, so I found one cool thing so far: when you're typing and someone posts before you, you'll get a warning when posting.

As there might be a few features that some users might miss, please share if you find anything.

Will I get Night Owl points for quitting but not as much for getting fired?
Will I still be a member of the Owl's Pals? I'd hate to turn in my card. It's got a real owl feather under the lamination and everything.

Allows users to reward other users for their posts by buying them a beer (or at least donating enough money via Paypal to buy one).

Also, can the stars be customized or disabled?

The default is:
Newbie 0
Jr. Member 50
Full Member 100
Sr. Member 250
Hero Member 500

This can be changed, disabled, painted rusty (but not shiny) and anything else. This is most likely one of the things that will be changed.
