Since I was so sick a couple of nights ago I have been thinking about giving my parents a list of things to do should something happen to me but I don't want to freak them out. I just want my bases to be covered. I don't imagine most people my age worry about doing such a thing so I have to ask, am I being too morbid in doing so?
The list is just stuff like who to notify, where the numbers for those people are, forums to post on

, info about my cats and which gets what food, how many pills George gets per day, etc.
It's just that as I was sitting up in pain the other night while trying to fall asleep these things crossed my mind. If I was to keel over right now, my parents wouldn't have any contact numbers or anything. They might not remember to keep Tony on his prescription food. They might not know to notify some online folk. After all, I'd feel really bad if I just disappeared from here one day with no explanation (even though some of you might prefer it that way

). I could even have them post it in the debate forums so you could argue about whether it was good news or not.

So...am I doing the right thing with the list?
