Just like now.. Rush is stepping deeper into things by encouraging people to riot outside of the DNC meeting in Denver.

You really think they need encouragement? I think Rush said that because he knows there's a good chance there will be rioting and now he gets to take partial credit for it. The far left has been building up to a boil as Hillary stays in the race longer and longer. It's likely things will boil over at the DNC.

Whether or not it'd happen on it's own is a non issue, really. What is the issue(atleast, in the context as it's being discussed, atleast) is that he's encouraging it to happen. That is what is against the law.

Also.. to pose this question:

How long would it take for the DoHS to knock down a guy's door if he was standing on a street corner doing the same thing?

Al Sharpton incited a riot that resulted in a business getting burned to the ground and people being killed. He still hasn't faced charges and he still gets to speak at every DNC.

*shrug*

Not saying Rush is right for doing what he does. I can't stand him really as he's as bad as O'RLY and Olbermann IMO.

Personaly I think that Al Sharpton shoulda been thrown under the jail as well. He's as bad as Rush in his ferver to fight racism... to the point that he will call racism(like Jessie Jackson) in the hopes that it is actual racism instead of looking at the evadence to see if it was, indeed, racism before hand. The Duke case is a prime example of this.
