Grasshopper
There is a variety of grasshopper that
always frightens me
For from a well mannered, simple creature
spawns a hulk monstrosity
When mere seven years of draught have passed
and all the land is withered
of goes shell, and out from slumber
twice the size, with bloodlust
.. springs evil wings and lethal claws
not to mention never ceasing hunger
I speak of cource of natures plague
ravaging as LOCUST

Incandescent
and through the future your eyes sparkle incandescent
widen in loves gaze
juxtaposed to present
wherein gloom i graze
long i stumble, frought of heart
in ever present multitudes of mindset.
but hark thee the goal i've set
of "twinflame"; love souldeep.
push for morrow
though i may, nervous fruitlessly endevour
akin to fool, to jester, prince
set my mind forever
and on that path so rightly beaten
stumble forth i shall
vigilant, mindful, weary
longingly until
the way made clear
the veil then shattered,
as only truth may do
whereupon a swing i shall
spend eternity with you
