Puzzle!

"But a time I spent wandering in bloomy night;
Yon tower, tinkling chimewise, loftily opportune.
Out, up, and together came sudden to Sunday rite,
The one solemnly off to correct plenilune."

OK, so what's the secret?

Winner gets... um... winner doesn't have to visit the vestibule!

OK, so what's the secret?

A series of books and DVDs with Mumbo Jumbo New Age instructions that are making its author's financially wealthy for life?

Will I get Night Owl points for quitting but not as much for getting fired?
Will I still be a member of the Owl's Pals? I'd hate to turn in my card. It's got a real owl feather under the lamination and everything.

Night Owl: Oh, indeed. I quit many a job ...better than being fired. You can keep your card... in fact, you get double points for quitting!

All right, I’ve been thinking, when life gives you lemons, don’t make lemonade! Make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don’t want your damn lemons! What am I supposed to do with these? Demand to see life’s manager! Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons! Do you know who I am? I’m the man whose gonna burn your house down – with the lemons! I'm gonna get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that burns your house down!

I still smile when I hear that lady from 'The Secret'.

There's a secret philosophy that's given many famous people their success. The secret was stolen and then passed though circles of influence.

After showing the scroll though different ages though a series of shot clips a Aussie woman comes on sits at her computer and says...

"wheeeeeen ay fissss ered of daaaa seeeecret... oy could be'eve me eyes.... it wuz old de famous peee ple in histaray...."

It's the think accent that got me smiling. I was in Oz twice and I don't remember anyone with that thick of an accent.

BTW. I was given The Secret as a gift. I didn't buy it.

Is chimewise even a word?

And how does one correct a plenilune anyway?

Nifty.. But I already knew it, so I won't give away the answer, but only say this:

How I need a drink, alcoholic in nature, after the heavy lectures involving quantum mechanics!

Heh... I found a website that has it to like hundreds of decimal places. :)

If only I can find it again...

Couldn't they have picked an actual nine letter word rather than using a poetic license to come up with "chimewise"?

I mean, I could probably come up with a better poem than that, one that actually made sense, if I really wanted to take the time.

(Oh, and that's a bit of a hint for those of you that haven't figured it out yet.)

OK, so what's the secret?

There are traditionally 3 answers to the question "what's the secret?" and here they be :

1. IT'S MADE OUT OF PEOPLE!
2. "The Shadow knows..."
3. The secret was never explicitly defined, but there are high hopes all will be revealed if they ever make Monkey Island 5 ;D
