Well I'm apparently a retard. I thought the user name would be like your general name and you'd have a chance to put your real name in there, so I'm actually NateDSaint due to my email.

Eh whatever close enough.

I'm right here : www.nanowrimo.org/user/204757/

hmmm - I get a page not found.

Yeah, that name thing does make it seem like that would be your nick name and you can later add in your real one. I bet they catch a lot of people with that one.

one thing that sorta bugs me about this is the people who have done prep work. reading the forums it would seem that some people have been planning on a book since last year.

So they've had a year to plan, and make the character - and bascially do everything cept for the writing the book in a certain order.

Not that I am saying that makes it any easier to write out a book in a month. Gracious knows I have tried for years, I usually peter out about 4 chapters in.

*thinks*

Anyway. Just some of these people almost seem to have a book written already. It feels like cheating. *nods*

I have no idea what I want to write. I chose a name and a genre at random just to have something there.  I've written a few horror short stories. Trying to be scary for an entire book seems harder though.

Screw it I'm going to remake my account with my real name this time, maybe that'll work.

Okay so I made a new account, still says page not found.

Might be something to do with the number of people creating accounts. I'll try later, see if it's up then.

 :dizzy:

Of course it matters. It's hard enough for people who CAN write and have some sort of talent for it to write 50,000 words in a month. For a person who doesn't write anyway? I'd think it would be a very difficult thing,

Exactly.
Besides, I am unable to write in English.

You see, everything I am typing to you I have in fact got in a file on my computer from which I just copy and paste the sentences as I need them, but as  to the meanings of the individual words or the percumbant rules of syntax, I haven't a clue.
