Global warming my Ass!

We broke a cold weather temperature record for within the past 20 years!
Today, the high is 0F(-18C) and low is -9F(-23C), with a windchill of -30F(-34C) and 8 inches of snow or more
Here's a picture of my back patio

I'm glad to live in a state, Missouri, that gets four seasons
I'm sure that some of you finns probably get much worse though

Weak!

Chicago received more snow and our temperatures have been even colder.

(And just because it's the coldest temps on record for a long time that is not any indication whether or not global warming exists. You can't generalize based on short term and/or isolated events.)

Dont you be talking Hoopy, Chi has our usual March going on.

We're on the south shore of Lake Superior. The bank reads -14F right now and blah blah blah when I was your age... Uphill both ways!

As a Finn, I've had my share of cold weather in the past. I love this winter though. There was some snow here in November, I guess, but currently it's +2 C and no snow whatsoever   8)

I'm sitting here clenched waiting for the snow to hit, we've had a stupidly mild winter so far.  Yes! clenched! graphically clenched!

I highly doubt -16 degrees F (-27 C) with a -42 degree F (-41 C) wind chill is typical March for anywhere but Antarctica, and possibly not even that.
