My electric razor I've had for well over a hundred years just broke a couple of days ago. It was just the trimmer part but since that's the part I use the most now I have to go buy a new one.

It was a good lad. *sniffle*

*plays Taps*

It must have been some razor! How many pounds of hair has it removed?
Will I get Night Owl points for quitting but not as much for getting fired?
Will I still be a member of the Owl's Pals? I'd hate to turn in my card. It's got a real owl feather under the lamination and everything.

Night Owl: Oh, indeed. I quit many a job ...better than being fired. You can keep your card... in fact, you get double points for quitting!

I can't remember owning another razor but I had to have replaced one at some point because I started shaving about 20 years ago. However I have absolutely no memory of when I bought this one so it could have lasted 10+ years.

Bah... I still have my cold. This has to be the worst cold in at least 10 years.

Please people... if you're sick... don't sick in the office and hack all day. This is how I got my cold. At least I took a day off to try to get better.

Before I got my cold. I listened to someone hack, sneak and make sounds not unlike you hear in a movie with Undead people.

Jen: "Wow... you sound bad. How about going home?"

No... I have work to do.

Jen: "Wow... you should go home."

No... I have work to do.

Jen: "Maybe you should go home and rest?"

No... I need to finish this.

Jen: "That sounds pretty bad. Why don't you go home."

Nah... I need to finish this.

Jen: "Hope that doesn't turn fatal. Hope nobody else gets sick. How about going home?"

The boss will get mad.

Jen: *Hari-Kari*

My dog, Peppermint, passed away Dec. 9th late in the night. We thought she had gone into heat, but that night she went outside and she didn't want to come back in. She layed down on the ground and she wouldn't stand, so I had to carry her to the emergency vet. Her back legs had blood on them. We were told when she had her surgery in august that she had at most 6-12 months left.

She was in pain, and was too weak to be operated on...which would have only let her live a short while longer..and in no way living the life she knew.

I was in the room when they euthanised her. I'll never forget seeing her eyes looking at me as he began to inject her...and knowing she was already gone =\

Condolences on your dog.
All right, I’ve been thinking, when life gives you lemons, don’t make lemonade! Make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don’t want your damn lemons! What am I supposed to do with these? Demand to see life’s manager! Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons! Do you know who I am? I’m the man whose gonna burn your house down – with the lemons! I'm gonna get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that burns your house down!

*Hugs* Sandru. It's terrible to lose a pet. I wish our pets lived as long as we did.

I feel for you Sandru, one of my cats decided to give it up fairly recently, that was hard, I'm not convinced people realise how difficult it is at times.

I'm back home on leave until the third. Graduated on the 12th. I Am Legend and No Country For Old Men were good.

Lordie... Lordie... Lordie...

I'm getting out of here at just the right time.

The boss is insane. I don't mean in the "Oh she gets upset so I'll just use the word insane." She forgets things and shows up to work with blood shot eyes. Her syntax is very weird. She's hard to understand now. Other people are openly complaining about her and in the next room there's a meeting with phrases like:

"Jen's gonna have to do this..."

"Jen can take this assignment..."

"We'll have Jen do this..."

"Jen will rewrite the employee book..."

"We'll give it to Jen..."

Jen will be running as fast as her long legs can take her.

So Chucara is gonna have to do it?

Back home from another term at school.

Did exams ever kick my ass...

But at least I'm on co-op/internship next term, and get to spend the better part of winter at home. With a paid position as an intern in the nuclear industry (although the paper work and background checks for this type of work are something of an adventure).
