Well nothing much just playing Fallout 2, trying to defeat the enclave on the posiedon oil rig. I hate how Vic he always runs away and dies. Thats about it.
I have no clue what this does. (Pushes button).

If you've got a remotely decent computer skill you can break into the computer that controls the turrets at the entrance and use them as allies against Horrigan. Granted, this should be done when you first enter the tanker, not as you're trying to leave it.

Oh, and welcome!
All right, I’ve been thinking, when life gives you lemons, don’t make lemonade! Make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don’t want your damn lemons! What am I supposed to do with these? Demand to see life’s manager! Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons! Do you know who I am? I’m the man whose gonna burn your house down – with the lemons! I'm gonna get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that burns your house down!

Well I've decided to join my local gym, I don't even know why

Meet hot girls.

But don't tell them you're Unwashed.

Meet hot girls.

But don't tell them you're Unwashed.

That would be a good incentive but there is a major flaw...

Even if I spent the afternoon in the showers, scraping my undees, it would still be futile.
You're forgetting that they will be surrounded by blokes who are totally buff, my scrawny ass can't even lift the 30 mark on most of the weight machines.

I've come to the sad realization that my right arm is strong enough to lift the 25 and even 30 mark on it's own but my left arm can't even do the 20 mark (even when aided by my right arm).
I'm only good at the "wrist exercise" machine... which is the only thing in the gym that you don't want to be good at, if you catch my drift.

I currently ache from the gym exercise, I thought this thing was supposed to make me physically fit!
Right now I strain, groan and curse whenever I have to open heavier doors, pick up heavier objects or take my shirt off. I'm like an old man now!

You know, I figured out that the membership is £35 a month... It would probably be cheaper to get world of warcraft account and throw myself infront of a car. Still, I'll stick it out, maybe it won't be as painful when I go tomorrow  ;D.

As far as I remember I used a combination of fast shot, Gauss pistol and running to kill Horrigan I generally had pretty high luck for criticals too. I don't think that I ever used the turrets.

I didn't use them either. But apparently using them makes the fight pretty easy.

Oh, and the Hanged Man, anytime you start exercising, it's going to hurt. Regardless of the type. Your body is using muscles in ways it's not used to. It gets better.

It actually has, I've been twice since and I don't ache as much.
Although I pretty much knew this and wanted to make fun of my own pain, facetiousness is the ultimate anaesthetic.

Hm, I suppose I could put down an update here on where I am.

I'm incredibly deep in debt. Seriously, to the tune of just under 1 million dollars. I'm not kidding.
The upside of that is I now own two businesses, one of which I manage and run personally.
With luck and appropriate growth, I should be out of debt and making money in about 5 years.

But yeah, while I do own one fairly substantial company, I identify more with the smaller of the two so I'm working as a chemical compliance consultant :D A job! With no boss! Huzzah! :D

I've managed to grab myself a girlfriend in recent months so now I just need to get fit and my life will be almost normal :P

Good news, glad that things are going well and that your debt is managable.
Usually that is the most important thing when it comes to debt and it sounds like you have control over it, with a good plan.

Hold on! Don't you study politics? Isn't a debt management plan forbidden knowledge in British politics?

Only if you are the Labour or Conservative party.
If you're a Lib Dem, then the knowledge on how to avoid drooling on your shirt is "forbidden knowledge."  ;)

I have been a way a long, long time.

Still in the Army, enjoying life with my wife and son.

How has everyone been?
