It's a reference to a yellow pages tv ad that you can find at
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2akt3P8ltLM. The phrase has since moved into the vernacular.
Oh, and I found the torrent without any real drama. It turns out that I had seen the first episode before. I enjoyed it, but that's not surprising since I love Joss' other works and I like the actors involved too.
