I finally left Memphis!

And I'm staying with my girlfriend's family in Austin, TX until I get a place of my own. I've had a few job interviews that have gone well, even one with Blizzard here in Austin for their technical support. Just letting everyone know that I've been a little busy getting settled in.

It's really really nice here, and I'm hoping all works out. And now here's a picture of the fireworks we went to see last night.

Will I get Night Owl points for quitting but not as much for getting fired?
Will I still be a member of the Owl's Pals? I'd hate to turn in my card. It's got a real owl feather under the lamination and everything.

You know, I was just in Tennessee last weekend for a family reunion (Next to the Mississippi border) and I have to say, I would HATE to live there. Everything is too far apart, I just don't know how people do it. Well good luck in Texas.

That's awesome, I interviewed to be a GM for Blizzard down in Austin, it was fun.

I ended up staying up in Dallas, because I needed the money from this job more. But it's a really nice town. : )

Lots of hippies, if you're into that. Their food is delicious.

Are you level 1, 2, or 3? (Or do they start everyone at level 1? And do gaming companies even have level 3, or is that only general computer tech support that goes that high?)

In fact... why don't you just put your whole day on streaming audio/video for our entertainment.   I'm sure Bliz wouldn't mind.
