Unwashed Village / Re: What's going on in your life?

I need to get my wisdom teeth removed badly. Shits expensive without insurance.

It's probably bad to say, but when I got mine taken out, I thought it was great! I thought getting put to sleep like that was pretty cool to experience

Unwashed Village / Re: Vault Tec experiment ideas

Vault Idea 1: What if we have a vault that is divided by two equal communities by some locked doors that would unlock at an arbitrary time (Maybe like 50 or 100 years after the Vault doors close)

Each vault has the normal jobs (Overseer, Security Chief, Doctors, Engineers etc.) But each section was controlled by a shadow council that would realistically make all the decisions for the vault. Each side would have one and may spread a fear of what's behind the locked doors. Maybe there is an endless supply of food, maybe evil individuals. Once the doors open then who knows what would happen. Would the shadow councils fight against the other shadow council? Who knows.

Vault Idea 2: You could also have a hereditary version of the Stanford Prison Experiment with the "Warden" being a computer program Magic Eight Ball that gives random advice or orders. It may eventually become worshiped as a god by the inhabitants. Anyway, upon entry to the vault, there is a random picking of who would be Guard and Prisoners. Vault 14? (Since the RL Experiment was supposed to last 14 days) The Guards and Prisoners would have children and their roles would pass down from the parents. I guess if the parents are a Prisoner and a Guard, then they ask the 8 ball. Changing of the roles may also probably occur depending on the will of the Guards since they are pretty much in control.

Getting a little Personal here, but my moment was at the end of high school/right after it.

There was of course a girl who was probably the first person to genuinely like me. In short I ended up messing up the whole thing and we went our own way. I felt sick and afterwards I became less capable of showing my emotions to people and became a bit of a robot.

Unwashed Village / Best Premade Character for Fallout?
« on: October 10, 2017, 04:14:02 PM »
Recently I started a new game for Fallout and I decided I would spice up my life a little and choose a pre-made character (Which I never did before)

I ended up going with Natalia mainly because her steal skill is something I like to have since it makes making money easy.

I was just wondering if you guys have any preferences with any Pre-made characters or if you just roll with a custom character?

Now it's time to get in your highwayman and drive off into the sunset with a clown car containing a Supermutant, a Tribal who talks to his nose piercing, a Deathclaw and some guy who's always drunk
The real true ending for Fallout 2

Prepare yourself Horrigan! You're about to face the wrath of spinning Jenny!

I think I will have to decide which companions I want with me. Somehow I don't want to put too much faith into Myron's seduction skills.

Myron looks like a emaciated 13 year old on his good days, dunno how he has any seduction skills to begin with. Unless people in the wasteland like REALLY BIG BRAINS.

You should just bring Marcus and Goris. And the Pariah Dog of course

going to beat Lo Pan up, star in a few sex tapes and then I'll be ready to crush Horrigan!  :D

Nothing can defeat Horrigan except an STD-Ridden Tribal who beat up a few Chinese people lol

The Preorders came out today and the lowest starter pack is like $80.

It may not be a lot in terms of Wargaming but what the fuck...

I guess it's not as bad as Warhammer.... yet...

Hey Villagers,

I was wondering if anyone else heard about the upcoming Fallout themed Board game.

http://www.modiphius.com/fallout.html

It seems to mostly focus on the Fallout 4 stuff, but I read somewhere they plan on Adding Enclave so here's to hoping they add more in terms of stuff from older games (Enclave, NCR, Caesar's Legion, The Master's Army etc.)

Any thoughts on it? Do many people here play a lot of board games?

I think the Control Company is helpful, especially since they can be used as Cannon Fodder for Horrigan while you sneak up behind him and diddle him good

We need a Caesar to cross the irradiated Rubicon and  hoard all the tangerines and get support for their leadership. Who needs qualifications these days?

He who controls the tangerines controls the village? Bastardized Dune quote?

I think you mean booze, he who controls the booze controls the village. :P

Booze is good and powerfule

I've been playing a lot of the Beta for the new Rising Storm 2: Vietnam game. Pretty fun especially if you liked Red Orchestra 2 or Insurgency.
