So back in the olden days of olden times... There was a program you could use to extract the files from Fallout 2 and you could paste them into say mspaint or whatever to create your own scenes using all the textures... I used to make a whole bunch of little scenes in .jpg form 2-3 computers ago, but I can't for the life of me remember what that program was called?

I'm jelly. How's the construction? I have the FO3 lunchbox one and love it but the base is hollow and it is top heavy and will fall over easily. (thinking about filling in weight in the bottom)
