The quality of the new testing methods for zeppelin design was dubious at best..

ALL of the captions posted are great; I feel like I should respond saying "WONDERFUL!" to all of them but that would seem too...  superfluous?   Anyone, just 'cuz there is no accolade to your ("your" = any posting Villager) brilliant caption, don't think that it is not!
