Kinda sorta it seems like he is. At the end he tries to spin it the other way saying that the true punishment comes when he tries to get a job in the NFL again but...why even go there at all, Keith? Why would anyone make any statements that could even be mistakenly taken as a defense of Vick?  :inquisitive:
