Direct debit/deposit for me.

Work is awesome, although I suspect the powers that be are catching onto my gross unprofessionalism and the epic amounts of time I waste.

I always get paid with money transfert, directly into my account. it will be absurd to get paid with checks, I work for my bank, and they have no charges problems, of course.

And yes, checks are outdated. It's funny to see how many problems will be avoid if they were deleted from money exchanges.
Peoples lost them, delivery centre lost them, and you just look like an ass when you figure that the new check you've just found right now, with a good amount on it, just past out-of-date since two days.

But well, money means problems, so we were warned.

An easier question would be: "What doesn't perplex me?"

An easier question would be: "What doesn't perplex me?"

A question that's more fun would be "what basic everyday items could people find perplexing?"  Paperclips, drinking straws...yeah, a few fascinating little things that people use every day.

Same reason gyroscopes work. The rotational inertia of an object resists forces applied tangential to that rotation. That's why they don't fall.

As to why they go forward, that's simple action/reaction. The bike pushes backward against the ground and the ground pushes forward against the bike.
All right, I’ve been thinking, when life gives you lemons, don’t make lemonade! Make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don’t want your damn lemons! What am I supposed to do with these? Demand to see life’s manager! Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons! Do you know who I am? I’m the man whose gonna burn your house down – with the lemons! I'm gonna get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that burns your house down!
