Title: I don't know why but I find this vaguely disturbing (epic hotdog infomercial)

Like we needed another incentive for kids to eat hot dogs?

Hrm.  "This video has been removed by the user."  One can still find it on YouTube, though. 

Isn't that kinda promoting cannibalism, when you dress your man-shaped hot dog up as a person and then eat it...?  Maybe they're soylent hot dogs... 0_^

Err... funny, I can still get to it using above link (and yar, I dids 'refresh'.  So dunno wassup...

Best guess is that even in spite of the refresh, because the video is hosted on a different site it's still fetching it from cache.  I think Shift-F5 does a forced full refresh, but that functionality may have been removed.
