If you're an MST3K fan, I strongly suggest you FREAK OUT
« on: November 14, 2007, 02:17:56 PM »
because of this:

http://www.cinematictitanic.com

Crow, Tom Servo, Joel, Pearl Forrester, and TV's Frank have reunited to make fun of movies.

Now, if you'll excuse, I'm going to go freak out.
I fall and I leap and
I'm freaking out
Nowhere near my place and I
Know that they've seen me now

All right, I’ve been thinking, when life gives you lemons, don’t make lemonade! Make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don’t want your damn lemons! What am I supposed to do with these? Demand to see life’s manager! Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons! Do you know who I am? I’m the man whose gonna burn your house down – with the lemons! I'm gonna get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that burns your house down!

Okay, fair enough, but that thread only got one reply as well.  What the hell is wrong with you people?  How is no one else excited?

I dunno. Perhaps they're in a quantum state of excited and have temporarily phased out of reality? >.>

This is somewhat odd, as you have Mike, Kevin Murphy (the Tom Servo we all know and love), and Bill Corbett (Crow in the SciFi years) have been doing their own thing for awhile now (Rifftrax, The Film Crew, etc)  I always found Mike much funnier than anyone else - from listening to his post MST3K riffing stuff, it's pretty clear that he was the main guy, even when Joel was on camera.

Still, this should be interesting. I'm a huge fan (I literally own every episode on DVD), so I'll be sure to check it out.

Only ever seen one MST3K (I think it might have been the movie) myself. Would like to check them out but they don't appear to have ever been released on R2 DVD and there's nothing to suggest they'll appearing anytime soon.

Build Crow, Servo, Gypsy or Cambot
Will I get Night Owl points for quitting but not as much for getting fired?
Will I still be a member of the Owl's Pals? I'd hate to turn in my card. It's got a real owl feather under the lamination and everything.

Night Owl: Oh, indeed. I quit many a job ...better than being fired. You can keep your card... in fact, you get double points for quitting!

There are entire movies they've done on Youtube if you want to check one out.

Here is a link to part 1 of The Horrors of Spider Island. All 9 parts are available.
