I found something.

I found this, I think it's from one of your old websites, for some reason I found it in my pictures folder. I don't remember where I found it.

Sorry if everyone and their mum has this, but you know I figure it's worth sharing just in case it jogs a few memories.

Looking at some of the names that is OLDSCHOOL before my time  :o any idea what site that came off of?

I Have no idea, I just found it today I think it could be a piece off of an old banner or something? Maybe a background image.

This was current around when I joined the village so it's circa '99, I think it was gamestats but someone else would probably be able to correct that.  We had banner images at the top of the forum which reflected the membership and the general theme of the board.

Yep. TK is right. I joined the beginning of 2000, and that was a banner picture from when we were on gamestats. I believe that was created before my time, but got recycled at one point, since some of the people mentioned had already left the village.

wow, so thats atleast 12-13 years old... a random thing to have saved and not know where it came from lol....

thats cool as hell though, I definatly wasnt around then but boy Id have liked to meet some of the others from around that time that were gone when I joined up.

Does anyone rember the set mart page? LOL! I loved that damn thing!

I must have saved it withing the last 12 months, any further than that and I didn't even know of the village's existence.
I would look through my browser history to try and find the source, but hell... that's a hell of a lot of porn to sift through.

You've probably picked it up from some kind of wiki site or even a dormant members site, a lot of sites out there have various unwashed ephemera.

I used to read this page at school that and wiki pages were never detected by teachers or the IT staff.
Everyone else in my class back then used to play flash games and got found out within seconds.
