Going to Paris, anything I *must* do/see?

So this saturday, my girl and I are going to Paris for a week. Anyone have any tips as to what we should see?

buy a "Smash sandwich"  it is a hamburger on a crusty sub roll with all the topping and fries together then they smash it in a waffle iron kinda thing. sounds odd but is soooooooo good.
