since three of my roommates have jobs and school i apparently have unrealistic expectations that the dishes get done and the trash taken out.

Working at a bookstore, still doing martial arts.

Just passing the time and enjoying life with my family and my nephew (who's 5 now, where does the time go?)

I should put a jab at Tink's age here, but I haven't seen her in a while =\

Well. My girlfriend through 6 years got pregant, but it didn't stick unfortunately. No biggie though. It's fun to try again.

Wow Hatchie, still getting kicked off boards. rofl! It's good to see your still about.

Lots of major changes going on in my life. Some good, some  not. At least I'm headed in a more postive direction. My Dad has Alzenheimers and it's getting hard for my brother and his wife to handle helping them out with things around the house, so my son Mathew and I are moving to Arkansas probably in December . Brendon and Eva refuse to leave N.Y., so they are getting an apartment together. There's a lot more to the story, but I'm keeping it simple.
The village has always been my rock.:)

Two things; one, apparently my new iphone's ability to auto-rotate pics doesn't work when you email them.  NOTED.  two, sorry I'm not smiling; I got self-conscious and had to resort to a douchebag smirk.  It wasn't supposed to be this way.  THIS WASN'T IN OUR DEAL.

She woke up after I took the picture and stared at me soulfully, so I had to give her pup-peroni.  She shook my hand for it like a classy lady.  Then she tried to lay down, bark, and roll over simultaneously, because she got too excited to remember to do tricks separately and she really wanted the fake bacon. 

Bear in mind, she's old.  She's fucking eleven.  This is a, what, 84 year old lady, who still freaks the fuck out over some fake bacon.  Of course, I was taking a nap today, and she got worried about me, so she made sure I was okay by CLAWING ME ACROSS THE FUCKING FACE TO MAKE SURE I WOULD WAKE UP.  So it's not all roses and orgies.  She's still a pretty good dog though.

heyooooo!

i havent been around a lot, actually, this is the first time i've logged in since like last christmas eek! then i met up with lara and thanatos on the facebooks and was reminded of this place. so: im checking in and pleased to see that folks are still alive and well. yayz!

i finished my masters! so, since my married last-name is baker, you may call me "master baker." hahaha!

went to europe this summer, studied abroad in germany, visited france, switzerland, italy, spain. it was the awesomest trip/vacation/study abroad experience EVAR. husband tagged along and had trouble finding cigarettes in paris. i gained 10 lbs from german beer. it was great.

recently got a new job so i can now become a grown up.  hopefully this will occur soon, since i'm now seriously indebted with student loans and am ready to earn some actual monies.

It has been way to long my friends. Well most of you know I returned from my latest deployment from Afghanistan, and safe to say I got luck, not a scratch. We lost no one, though I know a few brothers and sisters who paid the ultimate Price.

I returned home to my wife and son and so far things are looking up.

My best regards to Doom and the whole crew. I remember the letters and emails you all have sent me.

The Unwashed is my family and I will send pictures soon.

And welcome as well, KGFish. Congrats on the Europe thing. Sucks on the loans. Liz is $200,000 in debt from law school, and in this economy, law isn't paying much more than it did 20 years ago.
