This is a pretty interesting article (http://www.apa.org/journals/features/psp7761121.pdf) about the unskilled and how incredibly unaware those people may be of their own incompetence.
The articles open with a story about a bank robber in Pittsburgh who robbed two banks without any attempt at disguise and thus was recorded by the video cameras and subsequently caught. When confronted with the video evidence, he mumbled "but I was wearing the juice...", believing that if he convered his face in lemon juice, he would invisible to the cameras.
omfg...
I would rofl except for the nagging doubt that perhaps I really may not be smarter than this guy and not know it.
