Right up there with "the internets", the "series of tubes" and "dot gov dot" is Nancy Pelosi saying, "I'm from the streets".

She was at a thing shilling her book and was attacked by one of her own over taking impeachment off the table etc and so on. Her first response was, “I have complete comfort with the frustration. I’m from the streets". Which could only remind me of the classic Kevin Smith talk about writing a script for Superman in which he was forced to deal with a nut of a producer.
