In a recent interview with the general of army Barry McOswald, a journalist was showing the image, asking him (original quoting) "What the fuck is that ?" and "How a man can have such ideas like those crazies ones ?!".
General answering :
"That is duty folks. We must show to over nations that our army got the best motivated men in the market."
The journalist were stop, before he succeed to strangle the army officer.
After a quick journalist-changing, the interview continues.
"What do you have to respond, general, to all goverment declarations about reducing the army budget for "stupidity in budget direction" ? General ?!"
The army officer just ran away pressing a giant horn, asking to the crowd to "move your ass, official moving !"
