Follow the links. The last one discusses whether UGC (user generated content) is a trend in gaming that will catch on. I don't know if lots of companies will move in that direction or not but I do know that CoX is going to start having user generated missions. I think I read somewhere that Turbine is dabbling in this area as well. It will be interesting to see what happens.

BC's new character, Mightius, descends slowly into the dark abyss.  Far below, he hears faint sounds and distant music.  As he approaches, the sounds grow in volume and in clarity; a surprising gaiety fills the chamber, and much mirth and merriment is heard beyond the closed door.

He opens the door slowly, revealing nubile and half-clad maidens frolicing and singing, with colorful ribbons in their hair, and wine glasses in their hands.  They turn and look at him.

"MIghtius!  Mightius!" they squeal, and all come runnig, smothering him with soft warm hugs, and fragrant, honey-scented kisses.

"Come with us!" they exclaim, and draw him into the Room of Goodies.

*given that treatment, is forced to ponder if he should warn BC of the virus those half-clad maidens are spreading around*

BC should certainly be wary, but Mightius need not fear no steenkin' virii!
